Fish4Life App / Thessaloniki 2012

TEDxThessaloniki Wish is a project that helps turn a great idea into practice. This year the TEDx Thessaloniki team joined forces with Archipelagos, an NGO working on marine conservation. Over the past months we have worked together to develop a mobile app that empowers consumers to act upon overfishing and illegal fishing in the Mediterranean. These activities leave fishermen without work and our seas barren. You can download the mobile app Fish4Life from the iTunes store. The App will be available for Android users from the Google Play soon. Our wish is that you use it to make educated choices next time you buy fish, and that you share it with your friends.
