Air Quality / 18th High School of Thessaloniki

Hello. I am a student at the 18th High School of Thessaloniki. Thessaloniki is a very beautiful city, whose historical presence has been endless for the last 2300 years approximately in order to end up today and conquer an important title , unfortunately not a beauty or cultural title but the one of “ the city with the highest air pollution rate in Europe”. Certainly this is not something that we are proud of.
Air quality improvement should be a priority not only for local authorities but for each one of us too. We must recognise that all of us contribute to this either in a positive or a negative way. The students of the 18th Lyceum of Thessaloniki wanting to contribute actively and positively to the solution of this serious problem that affects our everyday life came up with some drastic proposals .
